On the 3rd of July I will be taking part in the RAFBF's Dambusters Ride.  With a team from 18 Sqn we will be cycling 100 miles through the Lincolnshire mountains to fundraise for this awesome charity. 

The RAF Benevolent Fund support service people and their families in so many ways.  There are too many to mention but here is a selection;  financial assistance in a crisis, rest bite care, specialist wheelchairs, counselling services, play parks and support to families during end of life care. 

I can assure you that not nearly enough training has occurred therefore the pain per pound will be quite extreme...
