Fundraising for Marie Curie
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
My sisters and I are fundraising because our Dad, Jeff Sullivan, passed away on 18th May 2018 in a Marie Curie hospice after an 8 month battle with terminal liver cancer.
The Marie Curie hospice in Penarth was so calm and peaceful, with a beautiful sea view and sounds of the birds that Dad enjoyed for his final few days. The nurses, doctors and all the other staff were all so supportive for us all and treated Dad with such respect and care, which he really truly deserved. Holm Towers is a beautiful place, and we couldn't of wished for anything better for him.
Every bit of money we raise we will donate to Marie Curie as our way of thanks for all the amazing care they gave not just our Dad but the whole family during the final days of his life.
We hope that by raising money for Marie Curie that they can continue to provide the phenomenal level of care for other families, just like they did for ours, for many years to come.
