My wonderful Husband runs a Charity in Gedling, Nottinghamshire which provides support and advice to people who are struggling with many of the different challenges life can sometimes throw at us. 

Many of the people who use the service are vulnerable and the Ark provides them with a safe space to come and chat over a cuppa. As with so many other things, the pandemic has really affected this and many people haven’t had anywhere to go in 8 months. 

As we come out of lockdown, the Ark will continue to look for ways to support the most vulnerable and I wanted to do something to try and help...

...oh and I had a baby 5 months ago so I need to lose some weight! 🤦🏼‍♀️
