Cynthia Spencer provided a wealth of care and support to my nan at the end of her life and to our family as a whole.  The hospice is the most amazing place, providing much needed end of life care and treating patients with dignity and respect when it is needed most! They work tirelessly to support our community and we need to give something back. I don’t think I could ever show my gratitude for what they have done but running the marathon and raising some money will hopefully go some way to supporting their continued hard work!
