Ever thought about scaling the heights of the great Mount Everest, well why not try it from the comfort of your own home this May?! Take on this epic challenge during isolation, conquer within 12 weeks and earn your medal!

Story

Have you ever wanted to climb Mount Everest 8,848m above sea level?

Robin did just that, Robin made his summit dream come true on May 25th 2019 but tragically collapsed and died only 150m down from peak, and this challenge will honor his 1 year anniversary. This will in no way match Robins experience but something he would encourage, he always went all out on our running clubs!

I will be climbing the height of Everest stairs at home and steps outside on location.

Single step height is 20cm No. of steps = 14 Total height = 2.8 meters

Everest is:  8848 metres = 3,160 sets of accents up the stairs

I will be wearing Robins very own weighted vest 13 kg to equal Robins Body weight - and backpack, other accessories.

I will be looking to make this challenge in 1 week or less which would equal to mounting 451.4 sets of stair per day (indoors), no. of sets will slightly vary when outside.

The kind support you give towards this epic challenge will go towards supporting Gurkha veterans, their families and wider communities in Nepal, ensuring they are able to live their lives with dignity through the provisions of financial, medical and community aid.For 200. Years they fought for us, now we fight for them.
