I always swore I would never run a marathon… so this is a crazy challenge for me!!  I really hope you will support me. Even if I have to crawl I promise I will complete this challenge.

My motivation is to provide a purpose built nursery in the grounds of the Simon Jen Primary School in Kambia, Sierra Leone. Presently more than 80 under 3’s are housed in a room not fit for purpose, and with no toilet facilities and little space to play.

We have been wanting to establish a nursery for several years but Covid  has prevented us from visiting this precious community and continuing to support the education of these children in the way we would have hoped.
