I suffer with ptsd, depression and anxiety. I have been in the situation where I felt there was no other way out more than once and don’t want anyone else to feel that way if I can help it.

I want to do as much as I can to help other people in need of mental health support, whether it’s raising money, donating my time, or just raising awareness and encouraging people to reach out.

I’m nervous but excited to take this challenge on and raise money for Mind.
