I’m going to be walking 150 miles throughout May to raise awareness of domestic abuse and money for Changing Pathways (Thurrock, Essex). A charity offering vital support and safe accommodation to women and children fleeing domestic abuse. I’ll be sharing my daily/weekly step counts and converting to an average mileage total at the end. 

I’m hoping to raise enough money for them to use towards organising a fun event/s for the families/ children accessing their services in the summer. Creating opportunities for shared fun and laughter together in a safe space can help overcome trauma, build resilience and make new, happy memories.
