After many years I've put my running watch back on and got new road trainers and ventured out of the woods where I jog with Pi my dog. Lottie my daughter has persuaded me to join her on the Great North Run and I will be raising funds for this inspirational charity. Monies raised will go to raise awareness of, and research into vaccines for Meningitis which will save lives so pretty please give generously.
