Demand for counselling and family support services is growing. By making a donation here, you can enable us to offer emotional support to more people. Our counselling service is free to those who need it most. Your donations help us continue this.

Story

I said never again, however I am taking part in the Mighty Stride on the 30th of April,  in an attempt to give back to a charity very close to my heart, that very few people will know about.

In 2018 I had the opportunity to attend Bluebell, a counselling service offered by CrossReach, in Glasgow. After 12 months I had; worked on myself, dealt with some difficult situations and life changes, and most importantly I learned to identify triggers and how to deal with them when they arose. I couldn’t have done this without my counsellor at Crossreach and also due to fact it was a voluntary based donations service.

Counselling and family support has been needed more than now. CrossReach helps over 1,000 people each year through counselling programmes that are free to those who need it. Your donations help to ensure that we can continue to offer this service in locations across Scotland. Thank you!
