In January 2019 we are heading to Finland to complete a 5 day trek to and crossing the Arctic Circle. Yes we know we are a bit mad, but those of you who know us know that already! 

We are part of a group who are all trekking for the charity When You Wish Upon A Star. 

The aim of this arduous task is  to raise funds to send children from our area with life threatening illnesses on a trip to the Winter Wonderland of Lapland. It costs £500 to send one child on this special adventure. 

Children will have the opportunity to forget hospital visits seeing the man in the red suit, participating in sleigh rides, snowball fights and making snow angels as well as spending some valuable fun time with their families. 

We will be having a number of events over the coming months, but if you would like to support us in our quest by making a donation we would be very grateful.
