I am running the London marathon to raise money for I CAN - a UK charity supporting children so that they have the communication skills they need. Their mission is that no child should be left out or left behind because of a difficulty expressing themselves or understanding language. 

Through my work as a Speech and Language Therapist, I can see first hand the impact that improving communication skills can have on children and their families.
