Had a great day running the 5K around Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh a pretty steep hill got the blood pumping but it meant there was a great downhill sprint over the finish line. Did it in 40 minutes which felt pretty good after no training....will I do it again?.....watch this space next year 😁
