In September 2023 I will be trekking in Croatia in aid of the Stars Appeal. I took part in a previous trek across Jordan to Petra in 2022, but sadly was unable to complete the full distances on some of the days, so this time I'm determined to complete the full distance.  I also have a damaged achilles and suffer with arthritic knees & hips just to add to the challenge, along with trying to lose weight from years of comfort eating due to dance related injuries.
