Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Our little Jack was diagnosed with Leukaemia on the 9th January ,2015 and spent the next few months in Manchester Childrens Hospital receiving chemotherapy. Tragically, due to other medical conditions Jacks treatment was ceased and he was sent home to spend his final days with his loving family. Jack gained his wings on Saturday 14th March and now has the peace he deserves. On Jacks passing we were given the option of the "Rainbow Room" at Francis House where he would rest prior to his Celebration of Life whilst surrounded by a lovely environment and beautiful staff. Francis House is a place that Jack and I had visited prior to his passing but I was unaware of the unconditional support we would receive once the day came for Jack to be at peace. I wish to support this amazing charity which is available to the parents/carers of all children who have been taken from us far too soon.
