During May I'm taking on the Blue Cross' Rescue Run Virtual Marathon Challenge 2020 to raise some money and help pets in need. 

Between 1 May and 31 May 2020 I am running a Marathon, but not all at once. I'm really hoping that this will help me get back into running (two to three times a week) and that I can raise some much needed funds for the Blue Cross, who like all charities are suffering in the current climate. I know times are tough for many but any spare pennies you may have are gratefully received. 

The Blue Cross is very special to me as we gave our cat Jasper a forever home 6 years ago. He was found skinny and wandering the streets of Cambridge and was rescued by the Blue Cross and afterwards by us. 

From homeless kittens and abandoned dogs to neglected horses and unwanted rabbit litters, your donations will help Blue Cross provide healthy food and a safe place to sleep to vulnerable pets.They will also help Blue Cross work with pets to do everything they can to find them loving new homes, and help them treat sick and injured pets when their owners have fallen on hard times.
