Edie’s World Cup Football Tournament · 21 July 2018

Edith is 3 Year’s old, she has an older sister Niamh (4) and a younger brother Leonard (1). Mummy Ashleigh is a nursery nurse and Daddy Stephen is a builder. We all live on the Wirral in the UK.

Story

Edie’s World Cup follows on from the successful Spider-Ede Adult Superhero Tournament in January that saw 18 teams unite to raise funds for vital life saving treatment in Mexico for Edie Molyneux.

As no one wants the World Cup to end we thought we’d extend this further and hold another tournament, same venue, similar number of teams and try to raise as much as we can for Edie’s family.

Teams must pay £100 to enter.

7 aside (with squad up to 10 players).

The team captain is responsible for collecting and uploading registration fee onto the page at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

There will be other fund raising activities linked to the event - scratch cards, golden goals as well as activities and food on the day which will contribute to the overall appeal. Spectators will be required to pay a small admission fee.  Please try and share link to get as much sponsorship as possible.

Teams will be allocated a country and its hoped they will dress accordingly.

All queries to Jenni White.

Packs and rules will be emailed to all captains prior to the event.

Over 18s only.

All players must wear shin pads.

The Bradley Lowery foundation has been set up to help families who need to fund raise for treatment or equipment, not available on the NHS. We will support families through their fundraising campaign in order to help achieve their targets. We offer not only support, but grants where eligible.
