It started as a fanciful New Year's Resolution on 31st December 2018 and here I am: 5k,10k, 15k and now a half marathon in September 2021!

The Stroke Association support people to rebuild their lives after stroke. They believe everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke.The Stroke Association provides specialist support, fund critical research and campaign to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support to rebuild their lives. Rebuilding lives after stroke is a team effort.
