In a moment of madness (thanks Emma!) I signed up to cycle 100km alongside friends & colleagues in the Barclays Wheels for Change event. The fact that I didn't have a bike when I signed up or that I'd only cycled twice in the last 5 years are just minor details that I'm sure won't stop me....

Training has begun in earnest and although I won't be the fastest I'm definitely planning on completing the route still smiling!

I would really appreciate any donation no matter how small. The Prince's Trust does great work helping young people to have an opportunity they might not otherwise have had so your money is going to a great cause.
