12 months ago I decided to make a complete lifestyle change. Changing what I put into my body and what I did with it. Since then, my fitness journey has lead me to running, and it seems I am quite competent! 

Loving a challenge, I thought what better way to use my found skill, than to raise money for a worthy cause, and I find myself gaining a place in the London Marathon raising money for Shine. 

Shine provides specialist support from before birth and throughout the life of anyone living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, as well as to parents, families, carers and professional care staff. Shine enables people to get the best out of life.
