Surrey Hills Challenge · 23 September 2018
Its that time of year again - our challenge to raise funds for the amazing DSWT, and to push ourselves in new ways.
This year we're taking part in the Surrey Hills Challenge, walking 21km on the North Downs and I'm taking part in 2 10km runs. The events will take part on 3 consecutive Sunday's starting with mine and mum's walk then my 2 runs.
Can't wait to return and see all the animals that have been saved by the amazing work completed by the Sheldrick Wildlife. They couldn't do the work they do without the kindness of people like you, and the donations they recieve. Please help this amazing charity by sponsoring us
The DSWT works on Kenya's front line to protect threatened wildlife and habitats. Hand raising orphan baby elephants who have lost their mothers, with years of care, these babies are gradually reintegrated back into the wild, with many going on to have babies of their own!But it's not just elephants they are saving. The DSWT also operates Anti-Poaching and Mobile Veterinary Units, as well as Aerial Surveillance Teams, to keep wild animals of all kinds safe. Every wild life counts: Please sponsor me and help me make a difference.
