As a Registered General Nurse, I have worked with patients with a palliative diagnosis  and have seen the excellent support that Bury hospice has given during this distressing time to both patient and their loved ones. So much so that despite retiring from nursing last year, I felt compelled to join the Bury hospice ward team as a bank nurse. Since commencing work on the ward I have been overwhelmed by the compassion the nurses and doctors show and am proud of being part of their team. We genuinely need the support to keep this service in Bury so i am counting on you wonderful people to help by kindly sponsoring me.
