I will be covering 2000 Squats(!!!) in November for Refuge. If you know me, you know this will probably hurt. But what better reason to get off my bum and get active?

On any given day, Refuge supports 7000 women and children. Just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a Refuge with the support she needs for her first night.
