I will be fulfilling my life time dream of running the  2017 London Marathon. I will run a distance of 26.2 miles, (42km). This will be my first marathon and as many of you know, I love a challenge and cannnot wait to achieve it. My training is now underway Of this 16 week programme! I have chosen to run for a charity called In Kind Direct! 

In Kind Direct is an organisation which redistributes products from companies to charities across the UK. Here is just one example of the type work In Kind Direct do:

Sometimes companies such as The Body Shop have too much stock, they find samples, cosmetically damaged (but usable) goods, or end of line items sitting on shelves, taking up valuable warehouse space. Those products might not seem to be worth much, but they could mean everything to a small charity or non-profit organisation. In Kind Direct would reditribue these products to smaller charity's across the U.K. helping those most at need.

Since 1996, In Kind Direct have redistributed hundreds of millions of pounds worth of goods. They have received product donations from almost 1,000 companies and delivered them to over 7,000 organisations.
