This year Jog on the Tyne celebrates its 10th anniversary. The past 10 years has seen hundreds of runners of all ages, abilities and fitness levels take up running in some form or another.  In many cases it has changed lives. It has not only been an honour to be part of but also humbling and inspirational in so many ways. As we are called ‘Jog on the Tyne’ it seemed only fitting to mark our 10th year by running the 93 miles from the source of the North Tyne at Deadwater to the Sea at Tynemouth. I am running the full 93 miles but will have the company of our lovely Jotter’s along the way. The route is split into 8 sections. Jotter’s will accompany me in a relay running a section with me, providing much needed encouragement on my journey into the unknown. My aim is to raise money for the Dragonfly Trust a charity which we have supported for the past 5 Years. If you would like to find out more or would like to run with me along the way please email me at  info@jogontheytyne.co.uk
