In July I’ll be racing at Outlaw Nottingham, taking on 140.6 miles of swim-bike-run and raising money for Alzheimer’s Research UK in the process. After an incredibly tough year for the charity sector, now more than ever it’s so vital to raise funds for research to combat this disease which affects so many families - my own included. This will be my third time racing the Ironman distance and I’m determined to race harder and faster than ever - any support you can give will be so very much appreciated and will help to spur me on through the tough training days ahead!
