Please help push me round my FIRST half marathon by donating to this wonderful local charity, Hope Against Cancer! 

I said I'd never run more than 3 miles and never take part in races...but here we are, on a challenge I can't say no to! A year ago, life was traumatic and out of control... but when life hands you lemons, push yourself out of your comfort zone and get to work!! This year has given me the biggest challenges I've ever faced, but despite this, on 23rd September, I hand in my PhD and what a way to finish that off by running a half marathon. It would mean the world to me, if, while I'm dragging myself round the streets of Leicester and Leicestershire, I could do so knowing I'd raised some money for an incredibly hard working charity who fund amazing cancer research projects in Leicester.
