I recently lost a good friend to Cancer, she was a keen cyclist, always up for a challenge and Above and Beyond was one of her nominated charities. So it was obvious when I received the email asking me to take part in the challenge that I sign up. We had talked about doing a challenge together, but by the time I had recovered from Breast Cancer treatment Anita’s health had begun to decline. So we never managed a challenge together, but this one is for you Anita xx
