Story

Grace was such a beautiful fun loving little girl ,who on the 23rd of April 2018 lost her short battle with mitochondrial disease she was only 3 years old, her parents Kira and Stuart Conner have chosen to raise money in there daughters  name, so she lives on and other families get the support and hopefully a cure they need!#TeamGrace

From wolf run's, book sales to shoot fines we will do what we can to raise money and awareness!

The fondation was founded in Lily's memory, having lost her battle to Mitochondrial Disease at just eight months old. The charity aims to give hope, answers and support to the many other children and families that face the challenges of this disease today.Did you know every twenty minutes a child is born who will develop Mitochondrial Disease by the age of 16! There is no cure for this disease which is for many, debilitating and life limiting.Please stand with us and fight Mitochondrial Disease and fight for hope.
