Story
Stopping suicide starts with all of us - one act at a time. No matter how big or small.
And by taking on 100 Miles in October, I'm playing my part in uniting against suicide.
With the heartbreaking news that PAPYRUS and their HOPELINE24/7 service have just suddenly entered administration and closed down, supporting the lifelines we have left is more critical than ever. The pressure on remaining services is immense.
Every £12.20 I raise could pay for a life-saving call to CALM's suicide prevention helpline. Helping more people to see a way forward when they need it most.Thank you for joining me in uniting against suicide.
CALM exists to support everyone through the messy, beautiful reality of being human. The aim is to make suicide prevention part of people’s daily lives. From their life-saving helpline, through to practical tips, advice and resources - all tools are designed to help you look after yourself and the people you care about.
