In October 2021 we lost our beloved Dad to heart disease. During our pain and grief we donated his clothes to the British Heart Foundation. Whilst this was very upsetting, we felt great comfort in helping such a wonderful charity. On 9th September our Dad would have been 69. On 10th September this year we are running the Great North Run in honour of his memory and to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation. The BHF fund around £100 million of research each year into all heart and circulatory diseases and the things that cause them. We know times are tough but anything you can spare to sponsor us will be greatly appreciated! Xxxx
