This April, a dear friend to my family, Sam Harper Brighouse, or Marco to us, died tragically running the Brighton Marathon, at the age of just 23. I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon not only in memory of such a great guy but also to raise money for heart research done by the charity, Together We Can.
