Thank you for your support for our local children's hospice.  Helen & Douglas House supports terminally ill children and their families so that they don't have to face unimaginable heartbreak alone. To keep providing the care and love these families depend on, the charity need to find over £3.4 million a year.

I haven't run since pre-pregnancy... nudging 13 years ago!! got a few creaky ('n leaky - you've read this far) bits to wrench into shape, and climbing the stairs without getting breathless is my starting point... 6 months to get fit enough?!
