IJM are a fantastic partner charity of Just Love. Their global mission is to end modern slavery (still 40 million enslaved today), strengthen justice systems, bring criminals to justice, protect people in poverty from violence. They are doing so much work around the world, including defending victims of trafficking and online sexual exploitation of children. They are also at work on the borders of Ukraine, providing urgent care to those fleeing the war and who are at risk of further exploitation. This is why we want to run for IJM at the Edinburgh Marathon on May 28th/29th this summer. As we get ourselves in shape, we want to raise £5000 for IJM, becuase this would cover the cost of an entire rescue operation. It's an ambitious goal, but with your generous giving we believe we can reach it. We want to support the vital work of IJM, until all are free.
