Our newest addition to the ExCamps family, the Midwest, launched with rave reviews this summer. I had the opportunity to share the magic of camp with campers and volunteers for a full week in August, and it was truly the #BestWeekEver. 60 campers from around the country were welcomed into the warm embrace of camp, and the first of many years of memories were made. They were able to grieve, sing, dance, swim, and cry in the comfort of this wonderful camp with individuals who truly "get it." For the next 6 weeks, we will embrace the spirit of competition as the camper, volunteers, and friends of each camp compete against their extended camp family to see who will emerge as the winner in the Battle of the Camps.
