I'm running the Cardiff half marathon to raise money for the chairty Tenouvs in memory of my wonderful Gu.

I've chosen to run for Tenous because my Gu worked for them for over 15 years... and they are Wales leading cancer charity.

I'll be running 13.1 miles around Cardiff on 6th October 2013. I have never done anything like this (waaa!), so please donate as little or as much as you can.
