As most of you will know my family have been affected by Stroke, and I think there are an awful lot of other people out there that know of someone close, who have either lost their life or been affected by this life threatening medical condition.

Stroke Information are a small local charity based in Stockport, who offer help and support to stroke survivors. 

Who knows when one of us may need the help & support provided by this amazing charity!
