After stumbling across an advert in the local paper for the St. Albans charity cycle ride I found a determination (very randomly 😁) to raise money for one of these charities that has played a huge part in my life in just a short time. The counselling foundation is a service that provides bereavement councilling to all. Many people struggle to get this help as the NHS waiting list is a minimum of 6months wait. The service offers sessions to be seen sooner but at a cost. Not everyone can afford these costs but this amazing charity subsidize some of the cost for those people. Without this I would not be able to afford my sessions. So I have set myself this challenge (with very little training 😂) to get on my bike and ride 10 miles round st.albans and beyond to raise money to help other people get the help I have had.
