George is 2 years old. He has Spina Bifida. 

He is a wheelchair user and cannot walk but has been working really hard on taking steps using his walker. 

We have been watching Captain Tom together over the last few weeks and following his progress and amazing fundraising efforts for the NHS. 

To show our deepest respect for Captain Tom and for all the NHS has personally done for us. George is going to try and reach 100 Steps to mark the day of Captain's Tom's 100th birthday.
