Now 600 miles - one year (was 300 then 500 miles but added a few extra)

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about lifes problems..
In 1992 we lost our Dad to suicide, he was 57. I wanted to give something back and help, in my own way, to break the stigma of mental health and suicide, but also to talk about hope, hanging on and new horizons.
So, for the next year I will be running and running, a total of 500 miles! Remembering all those who have lost loved ones, those who struggle with suicidal thoughts and depression and all those who each day put one foot in front of another and hang on.
My plan (other than to be in one piece at the end) is to raise some money for CALM, a charity that works to break the stigma surrounding suicide. The work that they do is amazing and so I hope that, even though I know times are tough and money is tight, that it will be possible to spare a few pennies to help towards this fantastic cause and help save and change lives. Every small amount can make a difference.
Please do give if you are able. Thank you.
