On the 30th November, I will be running 5K as part of the Restless Runners for the 2019 RED RUN! As you will know I DO NOT RUN, therefore any support or donation to acknowledge this effort is much appreciated! 

The RED RUN is a charity run which not only raises funds to strengthen the UKs response to HIV but also raises awareness of HIV within the community. Globally, there are 37.9 million people living with HIV, many without access to treatment and support.There are 103,000 people currently living with HIV in the UK and budget cuts to the HIV sector are still all too common and continue putting essential HIV services at risk.HIV stigma is still a reality and there are still too many people undiagnosed and diagnosed late.  Now is most certainly not the time for us to stand down!
