Story
The fact that you've clicked on the link is a pretty good indication of why you're here. But if you require a small story so that you are sure I deserve it then the following should help.
Training summary:
- started in late December with 45 squats and a 5km run (on separate days of course)
- I didn't exercise on Christmas Day or Boxing day... the longest number of days off
- I increased the no. of squats by 25 or 50 until I reached 450 in mid Feb while continuing with the runs and adding some bike rides up Highgate Hill.
- in total, I did more than 5000 squats. I don't want to do another one for a long time.
- I survived a whole month without chocolate.... first time ever!
