Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the charity Save the Children is facing one of its biggest challenges ever.  

In spite of a huge fall in revenue , they have reached 11.8 million children, working with government partners such as the World Health Organisation and donors in 88 countries. They have had to adapt and scale up their programmes so that children can continue to be safe, healthy and learning through the pandemic.

At present Save the Children are actively helping thousands of children suffering from the Covid-19 crisis in India . 

For this work to be able to continue Save the Children desperately need our help.  As a volunteer with Save the Children, I have set myself the target of completing the highest and fastest zipline in the world 500 metres above a quarry lake at Zip World Bethesda , Snowdonia on Thursday 3rd June.

Like Superman I intend to go faster than a speeding bullet - it is a rather scary challenge!
