Having completed the process to join Wiltshire Search and Rescue (WILSAR) two years ago, I was put through an intense 12 month training programme. 

Wiltshire Search and Rescue exists to find vulnerable and missing people. We are a voluntary specialist search team who respond across Wiltshire and surrounding areas. We are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and are trained to operate across all types of terrain from the most remote areas, through to urban centres and in and around water. We are trained in search and casualty care along with a range of skills and are called in when the police and emergency services need our specialist assistance.

I became operational 10 months ago and at this point I was issued with over £500 of specialist equipment. I would like to raise the cost of this back for WILSAR. I have started training for the Corsham 10k which is on Sunday 23rd April 2023. Any donation you could make or any additional support you feel you could offer WILSAR would be really appreciated.
