The Welsh family are trekking up Mt. Snowdon for The Haemochromatosis Society because they have been a great help to me.

Story

About a year ago I was diagnosed with Genetic Haemochromatosis, a condition where your body is unable to remove excess dietary iron.

This came as a shock, and the Haemochromatosis Society have given me great advice about how to manage this condition.

As a thank you my family have accepted their annual challenge to embark on a 1 day trek from Llanberis to the top of Snowdon, hopefully raising a bit of money in the process.
