Over the summer we've all had our own issues and challenges. It's been a very horrid and unusual year. And I must say that I could have slumped into a lazy hole. The Lido at Cheltenham has been an absolute saviour for me. Swimming down there first thing in the morning with the sun rising or last thing in the evening with the heat on my back has been a return to normality and a reason to believe we can get through this. 

Families, individuals and couples have all been able to take advantage of this fantastic facility and I know that my mental health and fitness has been much improved due to the Lido this year and I truly hope you can enjoy it in the future. 

Please support me in my crazy challenge. Maybe the huffing and puffing and stressing and groaning will be worth it. I'm not looking forward to training up to 10km but maybe you can spur me on?
