I have done a crazy thing and signed up to do a 50k (31 mile) walk! On 1st May along the Jurassic Coast (not a flat route!) The aim of this is to push myself mentally and physically for a great cause. 

There has been a stigma around mental health for too long, which means a lot people go without the support they need. This affects so many people, including people close to me, so it is a subject very close to my heart.

Mental Health UK do amazing work and are a great charity. They provide advice, information and support to people affected by mental health problems.

Any donation you can make goes a long way and will mean a lot to me.
