Story

Our brilliant best friend Sarah passed away on 2nd October of this year after an admirable and determined battle against stage 4 bowel cancer.

Sarah was a lionheart, a bright light in all of our lives and words cannot describe how much we miss her.

She received excellent care from Princess Alice Hospice in her final months, weeks and days. On 14th December, the day after Sarah’s birthday, we are running the Santa Fun Run in Richmond Park, in memory of Sarah and to thank Princess Alice for their unfaltering care.

Any donation you are able to make would be warmly received, and will support the Princess Alice Hospice to continue to provide their remarkable end of life care for others.

At Princess Alice Hospice, we provide exceptional end of life care in our hospice and in the community. We know we can’t prevent death, but we do whatever we possibly can to make it the best it possibly can be. But, above all, we believe that hospice care is for living.
