Its time to dig deep people.

As its the new year and all, I have decided to run 5k for a very worthy cause. Now I know 5k isn't very much, but if you have seen me run (think phoebe from friends) then you will understand that this will be a challenge for me!

I'm going to run in aid of Macmillan, they do fantastic work and have helped people close to me including my Grandad John who passed away in December 2007.

So on the 5th March I will be running (or attempting to run) The Guildford Monthly Time Trial- 5K.

So please be generous, if not for the worthy cause then just for the comic value of me trying to run 5k.
