Story
Hi I'm Jess, I'm 20 and here's my story...
On the 2nd January I was admitted into hospital after lots of different scans and biopsy's. I finally found out 2 weeks later, on the 19th of January 2018. I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, a type of Cancer.
The Hospital, Doctors and Nurses have been amazing, and with all the love and support of my family and friends, I will fight through this.
I'm shortly going to begin my Chemotherapy at Guys, which unfortunately there is a chance I will loose my hair. The positive thing is, its given me the chance to help other young people who are in a similar situation to me!
My hair will be donated to little princess trust, they make wigs for little girls and young adults who loose there hair through treatment. Money raised through sponsorship will be donated to Cancer research,Cancer Research UK is the world's leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through research. We are fighting cancer on all fronts, finding new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat it to save more lives. We are entirely funded by the public. With your help, we can ensure more people beat cancer.Thank you for taking the time to read my story and every donation makes a huge difference.
